Gulf Of Mexico

Genesis 1

4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day. NIV Sunrise Cameron Jetty Pier, Cameron, Louisiana

A Sea For One

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions,
even though they have been held in honor
for many generations and in diverse places.
Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it.
Do not believe in the faith of the sages of the past.
Do not believe what you yourself have imagined,
persuading yourself that a God inspires you.
Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests.
After examination, believe what you yourself have tested
and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct there to. Buddha

The simple pole structure and rock arrangement here mark a mariner's burial ground were a wooden sign states, "those without reverence for God, do not walk here".

Santorini, Greece

Church at Fira
View of Nea Kameni Island

Santorini  is a Greek Island in the Agean Sea, a remnant of a volcanic caldera. Where once stood a great mountain, there is now an intimidating void, and safe harbor for ships.

Santorini exibits the awsome forces of nature, the raveling thread of life, the thin film of atmospheric conditions within which humanity endures.
